Child Support Colorado

by admin on February 13, 2010

Since Colorado Child Support is based upon a guideline adopted by our legislature and incorporated into a software program that uses specific information to calculate the amounts, there is little that can be done to argue against the actual number. Our law allows a variance of 10% either way. However, the number is based upon the entries made into the program and these are within our control. These are things like the amount of time the children spend with you; the amount paid for health insurance or day care; extraordinary expenses for the children involving education or medical care; and other people you may be responsible for. Child Support Colorado is calculated once all the other factors involving the children have been decided.

My name is Gary D. Nicholas, Family Law Colorado and Child Support Attorney Colorado. I have been helping Child Support Denver clients as a Family Law and Child Support Attorney Colorado in the Denver area for twenty-five years. I’ve focused my Denver family law, divorce, and divorce mediation practice on the challenge faced by many unhappy couples who have had to turn to divorce. It’s unfortunate, but many couples end up in divorce for many reasons. So, I’ve focused my practice in doing all I can to ease this turbulent time in people’s lives. In fact, this process doesn’t have to be drawn out and painful.
